ATTENTION company decision-makers: if your org uses this product and the train is still on the tracks it's only because you have talented employees devoting too much time finding workarounds of this useless, money vampire calling itself a CRM. Or maybe because this enduring refrain from Salesforce that it will run once you find the "right" IT person or whatever has yet to have its big bubble popped. As the money keeps rolling in from larger clients with bigger budgets, it's so far been off-setting the immediate dissatisfaction of smaller companies whose biggest stakeholders get to see firsthand how awful it is and cut their losses quickly. Why does Salesforce have this stellar reputation? I think it's because they are smart enough to pitch the product to enough large company decision-makers that they know will never have to touch it.

The webinars must be booked, the inventory webinar is 7 weeks away yet I only have 6 weeks of webinar access included! so i cannot even set it up myself. 2) Salesforce dont help their customers set up Salesforce, yes you read that right, after i had signed they wanted 30K for a 3rd party company to set it up! 3) I obviously rejected, then my other option was set it up myself which was told was 1 to 1 assistance, nope it is webinars, taking hours and hours. 1) Integrations to our other systems cost extra, when Simon said they were included. Salesforce charged me £25,000 for a 3 year contract which over Zoom I was told I could cancel after 12months if it wasnt working for us. Simon Daly, a con man sales rep for SalesForce, all he wanted was the commission, said "Yes" to every question I had, pushed for contract signing or the deal is off (I should have know at that point with the Del Boy sales tactics, so angry with myself!). They respond "It's not us, it's them." And that little circus begins.ĭO NOT USE - AVOID -AVOID - AVOID I never write reviews, frankly i'am too lazy to be bothered to do it.however I would not forgive myself if I allowed other companies to make the same mistake. Then you email the 3rd party, then by Salesforce standards, it's another 24 hours because now Salesforce has set a precedence. Try using a 3rd party within their software. But after a day or two of waiting and troubleshooting and I have to reach out to our success management team. I have received a few phone calls with some requests for escalations. It's a real attempt every time I have opened a case. The first response for suggestions is, you guessed it, basic stuff you have already tried from their self help or online forums. Yes, it's 4 days before you get an attempt to resolve the issue.
24 hours later, another email with clarifying questions. And after you've been emailed? The second email isn't clarifying questions, it's asking you to make sure you have granted them access. But that's only IF you are top tier, more time if you're not paying extra for the top. What is the response? An email, saying they've received your request and someone will be with you in ANOTHER 24 hours. Response turn around? If you're paying for top tier, they promise 24 hours response. Then, the new import, think just a quick reverse to fix it? NO WAY!! Support? What a joke. You have to re-upload a new file or you MIGHT be able to do a mass delete, but fix a field that was changed? NOPE. Make a mistake in your data import? Nope, you can NOT undo it or fix it.
